WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed before 12nooon are despatched daily, Monday to Friday EST. In most cases you should receive your order within 2 days. International orders please allow 14 days for delivery. If you haven't received your parcel after 4 days, please contact us by phone 02 4474 5067 or by email. (see contact us page)
CHECKING ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If you require any information on the status or whereabouts of your order please call (02)44745067 or email us at email@example.com and we will get back to you ASAP. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order is shipped. Please note it can sometimes take 24 hours for your tracking number to register with Australia Post if you have chosen that option.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDERS FROM THE STORES?
Yes you can. When you place your order it will give you the option of choosing PICK UP and of course no postage fees will apply. As stock varies from store to store a confirmation email will be sent to you to advise when your order will be ready for pick up.
CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes it can be, simply enter the delivery address you would like in the shipping section of your order.
CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO A POST OFFICE BOX?
Yes it can but you must choose Australia Post as your shipping option. We ship to residential, workplaces, PO Boxes and Locked Bag addresses.
