As per our store policy we do not refund. However, we do exchange or issue a credit which is valid indefinitely except for sale items. For any item which has been reduced, you will not get any exchange or credit.
Exchanges can also be made at Moruya store with proof of purchase. If you require a credit then please let the girls know in store whether you would like an in store or online credit issued.
All exchanges and returns must be completed within two weeks of receiving.
To return any items, please e-mail us. Please advise if you would like to exchange or receive a credit. If you wish to exchange, please advise what you would like so we can put the item/s on hold for you (if available). If there is additional monies to be paid from the exchange, then this can also be arranged via e-mail.

via Australia Post at your own expense. Eve's will then pay for the postage to send you your exchange. Eve's will re-pay postage on one exchange per order so if another exchange is required from there then the customer must enclose a pre-paid satchel. Postage is only offered on exchanges and not when a credit note is issued. We strongly recommend sending your order back via Australia Post Express as you then have a tracking number with which to track your parcel should it not be delivered. Regular mail cannot be tracked.
*NB - Return postage on international orders must be pre-paid by the customer. Eve's cannot pay return postage on overseas orders.
All returns must be sent back in brand new condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. All returns are checked and quality controlled before the exchange or credit is completed.
If any items have been worn or damaged, then Eve's reserves the right to return the item back to you with no exchange or credit issued.
Please allow two weeks for all exchanges to be completed. Credit notes will be issued within 48 hours of us receiving your parcel.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment, please e-mail us. We will send you a pre-paid satchel with a replacement item enclosed. If a replacement is not available, then a full refund will be offered. Postage will also be refunded if there was only that one item on your order.
